This dry-type load bank uses solid resistive elements without coolant or leakage risk, clean and safe for electronic workshops and precision labs. Single rack load bank has flexible power rating, and multiple units can be paralleled and controlled by upper software for multi-channel synchronous loading and parallel testing to improve aging efficiency. On power production lines and R&D labs, the rack load bank simulates variable load conditions for continuous aging, pulse loading and cycle discharge tests.

Many power manufacturers used separate load modules with messy wiring and scattered data collection. The rack-mounted load bank system comes with Modbus and TCP/IP communication ports, connecting to MES production system for automatic data upload and digital test management. The load bank provides independent over-temperature, over-current and over-voltage protection for each channel; single-channel fault will not interrupt other tests and reduce line downtime.
